Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Haynes® alloys from Mumbai in sheet, plate, round bar and foil. Held in stock or arranged with the manufacturer, depending on grade and quantity.
The Haynes grades are high-temperature alloys, chosen where a part has to hold its shape and its strength in a furnace, a combustor or an exhaust path. Two of them, 25 and 188, are cobalt based, which buys resistance to sulphidation and to the sliding wear that nickel alloys tolerate poorly. 556 is iron based. The rest are nickel based.
Price INR 5,000 – 15,000 per kg. Indicative USD 60 – 175 per kg; quoted against grade, form, size and quantity.

The dividing line inside the nickel grades is again solid solution against age hardening. 230 and 214 are solid solution and are picked for oxidation resistance and stability over long exposures. 242 and 282 are age-hardened and are picked when the part must carry real load while hot.

Certification and Cutting
Material is supplied against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates, with chemical composition and mechanical properties for the batch. Cutting to size is done in house.
