Incoloy Alloys
Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Incoloy® from Mumbai in a full range of forms — sheet, plate, coil, strip, foil, bar, wire and tube. Held in stock or arranged with the manufacturer, depending on grade and quantity.
Incoloy is the iron-nickel-chromium end of the nickel alloy range. Adding iron dilutes the nickel, which costs some corrosion resistance against a full nickel alloy but costs a good deal less — so Incoloy is where you land when stainless is not enough and Inconel is more than the duty needs.
The family splits three ways by what it was designed to survive. The 800 series resists heat, oxidation and carburisation in furnace and process service. 825 and its relatives resist wet corrosion, sulphuric and phosphoric acid in particular. The 900 series is different again: 903 and 909 are controlled-expansion alloys for aerospace, while 925 and 945 are age-hardenable grades for sour oil and gas service.

Certification and Cutting
Material is supplied against EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates, with chemical composition and mechanical properties for the batch. Cutting to size is done in house.
