Incoloy 800HT

Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Incoloy 800HT as sheet, plate and round bar, from Mumbai, India, with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates.

Incoloy® 800HT (UNS N08811, W.Nr. 1.4959) takes 800H's controlled carbon and adds a tightened aluminium and titanium window — 0.25 to 0.60% each, against 0.15 to 0.60% on 800 and 800H — with their combined total controlled as well. That is what gives it the highest creep-rupture strength of the three.

Aluminium 0.25-0.60% and titanium 0.25-0.60%, both with a minimum, and the sum of the two controlled rather than each alone.
Carbon 0.06-0.10%, on the same basis as 800H.
