Incoloy 945

Incoloy® 945 (UNS N09945) is a higher-strength sour-service alloy — nickel 45-55%, chromium 19.5-23%, molybdenum 3.0-4.0% and niobium 2.5-4.5%. The niobium is the strengthening addition, and the grade is qualified to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3.
Key Properties
- Niobium 2.5-4.5% is the strengthening addition, in place of the titanium-led hardening of Incoloy 925.
- Nickel 45-55%, chromium 19.5-23%, molybdenum 3.0-4.0%, copper 1.5-3.0%.

- Carbon held to 0.005-0.04%, a narrow band for a grade of this type.
