Incoloy Tube Supplier, Stockist and Exporter
Table of Contents
Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Incoloy Tube from ready stock in Mumbai to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets. Tube is specified by outside diameter and wall thickness rather than nominal bore, which makes it the form of choice for heat exchangers, instrumentation and any assembly where the fit into a tubesheet or fitting is what governs.
Incoloy covers iron-nickel-chromium alloys built for carburising, oxidising and chloride-bearing service at elevated temperature. U-bending, end facing, tube-to-tubesheet preparation and cut-to-length are handled in house.

Specifications by Grade – Pipe and tube
A specification is written for a product form. The standards below are the ones that cover pipe and tube; the plate, bar and tube specifications for these grades are different documents and are listed on their own pages.
| Grade | UNS | Pipe and tube specification |
|---|---|---|
| DS | N08330 | ASTM B535 / B546 / B710 / B739 |
| 800 | N08800 | ASTM B163 / B407 / B829 |
| 800H | N08810 | ASTM B163 / B407 / B829 |
| 800HT | N08811 | ASTM B163 / B407 / B829 |
| 825 | N08825 | ASTM B163 / B423 / B829 |
| 890 | N08890 | ASTM B407 |
| 660 (A286) | S66286 | AMS 5731 / 5732 / 5734 / 5737 |
Grades and International Equivalents
| Grade | UNS | Werkstoff (W.Nr.) |
|---|---|---|
| Incoloy 800 | N08800 | 1.4876 |
| Incoloy 800H | N08810 | 1.4958 |
| Incoloy 800HT | N08811 | 1.4959 |
| Incoloy 825 | N08825 | 2.4858 |
| Incoloy 925 | N09925 | 2.4852 |
Chemical Composition
The 800 series holds 30-35% Ni, 19-23% Cr and the balance iron; 800H and 800HT are controlled to 0.05-0.10% carbon with a coarser grain size for creep strength. Incoloy 825 adds 2.5-3.5% Mo, 1.5-3.0% Cu and titanium stabilisation.
Mechanical and Physical Properties
Minimum tensile strength is typically 450-520 MPa. The 800H/800HT grades are the standard choice for continuous service between 600°C and 1100°C where creep-rupture strength governs design.
Industry Applications
How tube is used
Tube is thin-wall hollow section bought for heat transfer and for carrying fluid in small bores. It goes into shell-and-tube heat exchanger and condenser bundles, feedwater heaters and deaerators, U-bends and coiled tubing, and instrumentation and hydraulic lines. Wall thickness, straightness and the ability to bend without thinning the outer wall are what the buyer is specifying.
| Industry | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Petrochemical | Ethylene pyrolysis coils, reformer tubing and hydrocarbon cracking furnaces. |
| Power generation | Superheaters, steam generators and heat-recovery equipment. |
| Chemical processing | Sulphuric and phosphoric acid service, pickling equipment and heat exchangers. |
| Nuclear | Steam-generator tubing and reactor internals. |
| Heat treatment | Furnace muffles, retorts and radiant tubes. |
Testing and Certification
Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on grade and specification we can supply positive material identification (PMI), ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM A262 or G28, hydrostatic testing, and third-party inspection release notes from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.
Aurico Alloys LLP operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Material for sour service can be supplied certified to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 where the grade permits.
