Haynes Alloy Tube Supplier, Stockist and Exporter

Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Haynes Alloy Tube from ready stock in Mumbai to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets. Tube is specified by outside diameter and wall thickness rather than nominal bore, which makes it the form of choice for heat exchangers, instrumentation and any assembly where the fit into a tubesheet or fitting is what governs.

Haynes Alloy covers nickel- and cobalt-base high-temperature alloys for oxidising, carburising and thermal-fatigue service. U-bending, end facing, tube-to-tubesheet preparation and cut-to-length are handled in house.

Specifications by Grade – Pipe and tube

A specification is written for a product form. The standards below are the ones that cover pipe and tube; the plate, bar and tube specifications for these grades are different documents and are listed on their own pages.

Chemical Composition

Haynes 230 is a Ni-22Cr-14W-2Mo alloy with lanthanum for oxide adherence. The cobalt-base grades 25 and 188 carry roughly 20% chromium with 15% tungsten and 20-22% nickel over a cobalt balance.

Mechanical and Physical Properties

Haynes 230 holds about 860 MPa tensile at room temperature and resists oxidation to 1150°C. Grade 282 combines gamma-prime strength with weldability and creep resistance to roughly 900°C.

Industry Applications

How tube is used

Tube is thin-wall hollow section bought for heat transfer and for carrying fluid in small bores. It goes into shell-and-tube heat exchanger and condenser bundles, feedwater heaters and deaerators, U-bends and coiled tubing, and instrumentation and hydraulic lines. Wall thickness, straightness and the ability to bend without thinning the outer wall are what the buyer is specifying.

Power generationGas-turbine hot-gas-path components and hot ducting.
Chemical processingCatalyst grid supports and high-temperature reactor internals.
Heat treatmentMuffles, retorts, fixtures and radiant tubes.
Industrial heatingBurner nozzles and furnace hardware.

Testing and Certification

Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on grade and specification we can supply positive material identification (PMI), ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM A262 or G28, hydrostatic testing, and third-party inspection release notes from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.

Aurico Alloys LLP operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Material for sour service can be supplied certified to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 where the grade permits.
