- Aluminium plus titanium controlled as a combined range, 2.4-2.8%. Limiting the total gamma-prime is deliberate: it is what makes the alloy weldable and formable.
- Molybdenum 5.6-6.1% with cobalt 19-21% and chromium 19-21%.
- Carbon 0.04-0.08%, a controlled range.
- Chosen for fabricated hot-section hardware where the stronger grades cannot be welded.
