Inconel 718 Fittings Supplier, Stockist and Exporter
Table of Contents
Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Inconel 718 fittings and high-pressure connection parts (N07718, Werkstoff 2.4668) from Mumbai, to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets.
No factory-made fitting standard covers alloy 718. ASTM B366, the specification for wrought nickel-alloy fittings, does not name UNS N07718 in its scope, and Special Metals lists no fittings among the forms it makes 718 in. So 718 fittings, adaptors and connection bodies are machined from bar or forging stock to ASTM B637 or AMS 5662 and 5663, of the same heat, and certified to that material standard.

Mechanical and Physical Properties
Machined from solution-treated material and aged, 718 reaches around 1275 MPa tensile with yield above 1030 MPa. That strength is the reason 718 is used for high-pressure connections and fittings in oil and gas, where a solid-solution alloy would need a much larger body.
Industry Applications
Why Inconel 718 fittings
A 718 fitting is a high-pressure part, not a piping commodity. Wellhead and downhole connections, high-pressure adaptors and aerospace fittings are machined in 718 because the strength after ageing lets the body stay compact. A buyer should expect a machined part certified to a bar or forging standard – and should be wary of any offer of “718 fittings to ASTM B366”, because that standard does not cover this alloy.
| Industry | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Oil and gas | Wellhead and downhole connection parts and high-pressure adaptors. |
| Aerospace | Machined fittings and connectors that must be strong after ageing. |
| Power generation | High-pressure connection parts in gas-turbine systems. |
| Industrial | Machined high-strength fittings to drawing. |
Testing and Certification
Bar and forging stock is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis, condition and mechanical properties, so the finished part is traceable to its heat. Ultrasonic testing and positive material identification are available, with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 certification for oil and gas and third-party inspection under our ISO 9001:2015 system.
