Inconel 718 Coil Supplier, Stockist and Exporter
Table of Contents
Aurico Alloys LLP supplies inconel 718 coil (N07718, Werkstoff 2.4668) from ready stock in Mumbai, to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets.
Coil is the most economical way to buy sheet-gauge material when parts are blanked, roll-formed or slit to strip, because it removes the cut-length premium and keeps the surface consistent along the whole run.
Inconel 718 age-hardens slowly enough to be welded and then heat treated without strain-age cracking, which is why it is the most-used superalloy in the world.

Mechanical and Physical Properties
Solution treated and aged tensile strength reaches 1275 MPa with yield above 1030 MPa. The sluggish ageing response makes it weldable and resistant to post-weld cracking.
Industry Applications
Why this grade
Inconel 718 is age-hardenable, strengthened by gamma double-prime precipitation on ageing rather than by solid solution alone. That gives it high strength up to around 700°C together with good weldability, which is the combination that put it into turbine discs, shafts, fasteners and downhole hardware. Above that temperature the strengthening phase coarsens and a solid-solution grade such as 617 takes over.
| Industry | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Aerospace | Turbine discs, shafts, casings, blades and fasteners. |
| Oil and gas | Downhole tools, wellhead components and sour-service fasteners to NACE MR0175. |
| Power generation | Land-based gas-turbine rotating and static hardware. |
| Nuclear | Springs, fasteners and reactor hardware. |
| Motorsport | Exhaust systems, valves and high-load fasteners. |
Testing and Certification
Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on the specification we can add positive material identification, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM G28 or A262, and third-party inspection release from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.
Aurico Alloys LLP operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and can certify material to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service where the grade permits.
