Incoloy 825 is stabilised with titanium and carries copper and molybdenum, which is why it holds up in sulphuric and phosphoric acid service where a plain austenitic stainless will not. As wire it is used where the filler has to match that resistance across a weld.

Tempers
Incoloy 825 wire is supplied in four tempers. Mechanical properties follow from the temper rather than the grade, so state the temper with the diameter when you enquire.
