Titanium Grade 1 Pipes Supplier, Stockist and Exporter
Table of Contents
Aurico Alloys LLP supplies titanium grade 1 pipes (R50250, Werkstoff 3.7024) from ready stock in Mumbai, to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets.
Pipe is specified by nominal bore and schedule, and is the backbone of any process line carrying corrosive or high-temperature fluid where wall thickness has to be matched to design pressure and corrosion allowance.
Titanium Grade 1 is the most formable titanium grade, so it takes deep draws and tight bends that Grade 2 will crack on.

Chemical Composition
Commercially pure titanium with the lowest permitted interstitial content of the CP grades - oxygen to 0.18% and iron to 0.20% maximum.
| Element | Min (%) | Max (%) |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon (C) | — | 0.08 |
| Oxygen (O) | — | 0.18 |
| Nitrogen (N) | — | 0.03 |
| Hydrogen (H) | — | 0.015 (product analysis - ingot analysis for all other elements) |
| Iron (Fe) | — | 0.20 |
| Other elements (each) | — | 0.1 |
| Other elements (total) | — | 0.4 |
| Titanium (Ti) | — | Balance (determined by difference) |
Composition limits for Titanium Grade 1. These are specification limits for the grade, not measured values for a lot; the mill test certificate supplied with your order states the actual analysis.
Mechanical and Physical Properties
Minimum tensile strength 240 MPa with elongation of 24% or more, the softest and most formable of the CP grades.
Industry Applications
| Industry | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Chemical processing | Tank and vessel linings, heat exchangers and anodes. |
| Marine | Desalination plant and seawater heat exchangers. |
| Medical | Surgical trays and non-load-bearing implant hardware. |
| Architecture | Roofing, cladding and formed decorative panels. |
| Electroplating | Anode baskets, jigs and plating hardware. |
Testing and Certification
Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on the specification we can add positive material identification, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM G28 or A262, hydrostatic testing, and third-party inspection release from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.
Aurico Alloys LLP operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and can certify material to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service where the grade permits.
