Stellite 6 wire supplier and stockist

Stellite® 6 Wire Supplier in India

Stellite® 6 wire (UNS R30006) is used as a hardfacing filler to deposit a cobalt-chromium-tungsten wear layer by TIG, MIG or oxy-acetylene welding. The deposit resists abrasion, galling and cavitation to about 500 °C at a typical 36–45 HRC, so a base component in steel or stainless can be given a Stellite 6 running surface exactly where it wears. It is the most widely applied hardfacing grade for valve seats, tool edges and erosion faces.
