Key Properties
- Titanium 1.8-2.7% with aluminium 1.0-1.8% — the gamma-prime formers Nimonic 75 does not carry.
- Chromium 18-21% on a nickel balance, the same base as 75.
- Boron to 0.008% and zirconium to 0.15% for grain boundary strength.
- Nimonic 90 adds cobalt 15-21% on this composition for more strength again.
