Nimonic 75
Aurico Alloys LLP supplies Nimonic 75 Sheets UNS N06075, BS HR 203 certified for high temperature aerospace, chemical, power & marine applications. Trusted supplier, stockist, exporter India to abroad.
Key Properties
- Titanium only 0.2-0.6% and no aluminium addition — it is not age-hardened, which is what separates it from the rest of the family.
- Chromium 18-21% on a nickel balance, with carbon 0.08-0.15%.
- Oxidation resistance and formability rather than high strength; it is the grade for sheet fabrications.
- Nimonic 80A is the age-hardened equivalent, raising titanium to 1.8-2.7% and adding aluminium.
Applications
- Gas turbine combustion hardware and sheet fabrications
- Furnace components and heat-treatment fixtures
- Aero engine casings and ducting
