Chemical Composition
The nickel-copper base of Monel 400 with 2.3-3.15% aluminium and 0.35-0.85% titanium added so it responds to precipitation hardening.

Mechanical and Physical Properties
Aged tensile strength reaches 1100 MPa with yield above 790 MPa - roughly three times the yield of Monel 400 - while retaining the same seawater corrosion resistance and staying non-magnetic.

Testing and Certification
Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on the specification we can add positive material identification, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM G28 or A262, and third-party inspection release from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.
