Inconel 625 Tube Supplier, Stockist and Exporter

Aurico Alloys LLP supplies inconel 625 tube (N06625, Werkstoff 2.4856) from ready stock in Mumbai, to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets.

Tube is specified by outside diameter and wall thickness rather than nominal bore, which makes it the form of choice for heat exchangers, instrumentation and any assembly where the fit into a tubesheet or fitting is what governs.

Inconel 625 is strengthened in the annealed condition, so weldments keep their properties without post-weld heat treatment - the reason it dominates seawater and subsea work.

Mechanical and Physical Properties

Annealed tensile strength around 830-965 MPa with yield above 415 MPa. Resists pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride stress-corrosion cracking, and is serviceable from cryogenic temperatures to 980°C.

Industry Applications

Why this grade

Inconel 625 combines about 9% molybdenum with 3.6% niobium, giving a PREN of 48 or better and effective immunity to pitting and crevice attack in seawater and chloride service. It resists sulphuric acid at all concentrations to 40°C and dilute concentrations to boiling. It is the general-purpose choice across marine and chemical duty; step up to 686 only where the environment defeats it.

IndustryTypical use
MarineSeawater piping, propulsion hardware, sheathing and fasteners.
Oil and gasSubsea flowlines, umbilicals, sour-service completions and clad piping.
AerospaceExhaust ducting, thrust reversers, bellows and expansion joints.
Chemical processingAcid service, scrubbers and reaction vessels.
Pollution controlFlue-gas desulphurisation liners and stack components.

Testing and Certification

Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on the specification we can add positive material identification, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM G28 or A262, hydrostatic testing, and third-party inspection release from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.

Aurico Alloys LLP operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and can certify material to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service where the grade permits.
