Inconel 625 LCF Coil and Foil Supplier, Stockist and Exporter
Table of Contents
Aurico Alloys LLP supplies inconel 625 lcf coil and foil (UNS N06626) from ready stock in Mumbai, to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets.
Coil is the most economical way to buy sheet-gauge material when parts are blanked, roll-formed or slit to strip, because it removes the cut-length premium and keeps the surface consistent along the whole run.
Coil and foil are one page here because they are one product at two gauges - the same vacuum-melted, grain-size-controlled strip, slit from the same master coil. Below about 0.15 mm the trade calls it foil; above that, coil or strip. Bellows convolutions and diaphragms are formed from the thin end of that range, which is the service 625 LCF exists for.
Inconel 625 LCF is grain-size controlled specifically for parts that flex millions of times - bellows, diaphragms and expansion joints.

Mechanical and Physical Properties
The controlled microstructure roughly doubles low-cycle-fatigue life against standard 625 while keeping the same corrosion behaviour and annealed strength.
Industry Applications
Why this grade
Inconel 625 LCF is 625 held to a controlled grain size for low-cycle fatigue service. The chemistry and corrosion behaviour are those of 625; what you are buying is the fatigue life that comes from that grain-size control, which is why it is specified for bellows and expansion joints that see repeated thermal cycling rather than steady-state exposure.
| Industry | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Aerospace | Engine bellows, expansion joints and flexible couplings. |
| Automotive | Exhaust bellows and flexible connectors on commercial engines. |
| Power generation | Expansion joints in gas-turbine exhaust systems. |
| Chemical processing | Flexible hose and vibration-absorbing connectors. |
| Oil and gas | Dynamic seals and flexible risers. |
Testing and Certification
Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on the specification we can add positive material identification, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM G28 or A262, and third-party inspection release from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.
Aurico Alloys LLP operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and can certify material to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service where the grade permits.
