4P Nickel Strip Busbar Manufacturer and Exporter

Aurico Alloys LLP manufactures 4p nickel strip busbars in commercially pure nickel for lithium battery packs built on 4-parallel cell groups.

In a 4P group, 4 cells share the load, so the busbar linking them carries roughly 4 times the current of a single cell. Getting the cross-section right is what keeps the joint temperature down and the pack resistance balanced across every parallel branch.

Why Pure Nickel

Pure nickel is the default for cell interconnects because it spot-welds consistently to steel cell cans, resists the electrolyte and humidity inside a pack, and holds a stable, low contact resistance over thousands of cycles. Plated steel strip is cheaper but its resistance rises as the plating wears through, and bare copper does not weld reliably to a cell can without a nickel interlayer.

Applications

ApplicationTypical use
Electric vehiclesModule and pack interconnects in 4P cell groups for two, three and four wheelers.
