Mechanical and corrosion properties match Monel 400 - about 550 MPa tensile - while machinability improves markedly, at the cost of reduced weldability.

Testing and Certification
Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on the specification we can add positive material identification, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM G28 or A262, and third-party inspection release from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.
