Fittings carry the same corrosion duty as the pipe they join but see higher stress concentration at every change of direction, so grade traceability and wall thickness at the extrados matter more here than anywhere else in a piping system.
Inconel 725 is the age-hardenable version of 625, giving high-strength sour-service parts that still resist chlorides.

Chemical Composition
The Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb chemistry of alloy 625 with titanium and aluminium added so it can be age hardened, giving high strength without sacrificing corrosion resistance.

Mechanical and Physical Properties
Aged tensile strength above 1170 MPa with yield near 830 MPa, while retaining the pitting and chloride cracking resistance of alloy 625.

Testing and Certification
Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on the specification we can add positive material identification, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM G28 or A262, hydrostatic testing, and third-party inspection release from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.
