Nickel Alloy Strip Supplier, Stockist and Exporter

Aurico Alloys LLP supplies nickel alloy strip from ready stock in Mumbai to customers across India and in more than 40 export markets. Strip is narrow, tightly toleranced coil, and it is what battery pack builders, spring makers and stamping shops buy when width and thickness consistency along a long run matter more than anything else.

Nickel Alloy covers nickel-base alloys combining high-temperature strength with resistance to oxidising and reducing media. Precision slitting, cut-to-length, spot-welding tab forming and PVC coating are available in house.

Chemical Composition

Compositions span commercially pure nickel (99.0% Ni min in Nickel 200) through Ni-Cu (Monel 400: 63% Ni, 31% Cu), Ni-Cr-Fe (Inconel 600: 72% Ni, 15.5% Cr) and Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb (Inconel 625: 58% Ni, 21.5% Cr, 9% Mo, 3.6% Nb) systems.

Mechanical and Physical Properties

Tensile strength runs from roughly 380 MPa for annealed Nickel 200 to 830 MPa and above for Inconel 625, with service temperatures reaching 1000°C in the solid-solution-strengthened grades.

Industry Applications

Where nickel alloy strip is specified
IndustryTypical use
Chemical processingReactor internals, heat exchangers and transfer piping handling acids, chlorides and caustics.
Oil and gasDownhole tubing, wellhead components and sour-service equipment meeting NACE MR0175.
Power generationSuperheater and reheater elements, boiler tubing and flue-gas desulphurisation systems.
AerospaceEngine casings, exhaust systems and airframe fasteners.
MarineSeawater piping, condenser tubing and offshore platform hardware.

Testing and Certification

Every consignment ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate stating heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties. Depending on grade and specification we can supply positive material identification (PMI), ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM A262 or G28, and third-party inspection release notes from Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS or TUV.

Aurico Alloys LLP operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Material for sour service can be supplied certified to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 where the grade permits.
